Dr. Duey opened Focus on Vision in 2006 after practicing in the Atlanta metro area for 13 years.
Dr. Duey received his Doctorate of Optometry and graduated Magna cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1976. He did his undergraduate work in Southern Illinois and he has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of La Verne in southern California.
Dr. Duey is a member of the American Optometric Association, Georgia Optometric Association, the Greater Atlanta Optometric Association and is a life member of MENSA.
Dr. Duey has been a collector of model trains since 1982 and he has built a model railroad diorama at his home in Marietta. Dr. Duey keeps a tropical fish aquarium in the office and enjoys visiting islands and beaches on vacation.
