Patient reviews for Dr. Gary Fishberg
Gary was great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. My issue is with his front desk person. She is very unorganized. I asked for my eyeglass prescription after my exam and she told me she needed to get the doctor's signature and if I could come back the next day. I asked if she could email it to me since I was working the next day. She said she would. Three days passed and I still didn't receive the prescription. So I called and she informed me she was busy and didn't get a chance to get his signature. She informed me it would be another day until I could get it as the doctor was in another office. It's been 2 days I still haven't received it. I have submitted with my insurance to see a different doctor and will not be going back to Dr. Fishberg. And it's unfortunate, because he is a good doctor. But with the lack of customer service I won't be back.
Great service good attitude thank you..
The doctor was fine. Reception staff is not very friendly.
I liked the actual doctor, but one of the staff was a little abrupt.
Doctor Fishberg explained everything he did and why. He is very knowledgable but talked in layman's terms so it was very understandable.
Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable doctor and staff. Took his time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Was not pushy about his recommendations. Thanx.
Great visit! Really enjoyed my visit at Mr. Fishbergs office. I recently moved to the area and will definitely stay with his office as long as I can. He explained everything throughly. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed with him or his staff.
Dr. Fishberg was outgoingly friendly, explained everything (including processes I've had done for 30 years but never knew what they were!). He's been at this for 40 years but seems to really enjoy his vocation and does it extremely well.
I had a great experience. Because I filled out all my paperwork on ZocDoc before I got to the appointment, I only had to wait a couple minutes before being seen. The office is a little run-down and crowded, but the staff was very professional and kind. Dr. Fishberg was helpful and told me things about my vision and contact lens care that no optometrist had told me before, and I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 years old!
Great staff time for doc to upgrade his office space
One of the best Optometrist I’ve ever encountered. Professional, patient, highly informative, great personality.
I trust Dr Fishberg to get the prescription correct and his assistants are really nice and helpful.
super nice doctor!
Very smart and helpful
The doctor and staff were amazing with my son who has Autism.
Doctor fishberg is very personable and very knowledgeable. I've been going to him for the past 16 years. Yolanda who runs his office in Santa Ana it's fabulous.
Whole family enjoys Dr. Fisher's humor and treatment. He explains so we understand. He doesn't drag testing out or make you sit uncomfortably long. His staff is fun and darling. They work really well as a team and have things as ready for you as they can when you arrive.
The doctor was so nice and funny! He is so smart and try to make sure everything is fine!
Dr. Fishnet was awesome. Super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable. I told him about problems I had with contacts and he knew exactly how to fix it, so as I'm writing this I'm wearing comfy contacts for the first time in years. Staff was very friendly and worked with me on billing, which was much appreciated. Would recommend this office to anyone.
Everyone was so friendly and thorough. From the front desk to the dr himself, couldn't have been more happy with the appointment.
This was a very pleasant experience. No waiting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Fishberg is very kind and explains in detail whatever you want to know about the process. He was very friendly and funny. I went in having bad vision for a long time and before i left he showed me i would have 20/20 in no time. This literally brought me to tears...happy ones! Highly recommend this office. Jeri E
Andrea was wonderful! She explained out insurance coverage and helped us chose what works best for us without adding unnecessary extras to our lenses. She was patient with us and interacted professionally with another person she was training.
Thorough exam and good service at the front desk.
it was great good doctor????
Dr. Fishberg was great! The appointment was quick. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. He will definitely be my go to eye doctor from now on.
I always leave this office glad that I came! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with pleasant personalities. They really try to accommodate the needs of the patients.
Dr. Fishberg was incredibly kind. He did his best to educate me on contact use and cleanliness and made sure he covered everything I needed to know, even though I'd been wearing contacts for years. He's super attentive.
