Straight forward, great bedside manner, and fast :) Listened to my concerns over problems I've had in the past with contact lenses, and so SO glad he had a camera capable of taking pics of the interior of my eye. That means, no more dialation and weird numbing drops for the eyes! Thanks Dr. Hamill!

Overall very pleased with the visit and the care I received. He explained options and answered my questions. Great manner and very pleasant person to work with. I felt Dr. Hamill was unassuming and didn't overcharge. I just wasn't clear that as a new patient the fee was more than for a returning patient.

He is a very nice doctor and the receptionist is very nice. However, I do find it pretty unacceptable that I was specifically called and told that the appt time I originally booked of 10:45am was not going to work and needed to be rescheduled to 10:00am that same morning. I agreed and arrived promptly at 10:00am, but yet was not seen by the doctor until 10:45am. There was never an apology or explanation. Left me feeling that this office values their time more than mine. Not quite sure how being this delayed still results in a 3 star rating.
