I came in w/ sports induced knee and back problems. Dr. Inwald was great. In addition to conducting tests, he also made a point out of listening to all the potentially pertinent information that I had to offer. It definitely felt like he was genuinely trying to help me and NOT trying to get me out of the door as fast as possible. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Dr. Inwald is great. Right after I filled out my forms, he came out to get me himself (it wasn't a nurse who brought me into another room to wait another 30 minutes). He then took the time to really investigate what might be going on, instead of rushing through the appointment. When we were finished, he made sure to ask if he answered all of my questions, which is more than I can say for most doctors. Glad I found him on ZocDoc!

He was very friendly and knowledgable. He made sure I understood his diagnosis and the treatment steps. At the end, he asked me "do you have any questions for me?" and then told me to be sure to call him if I had any questions in the future. He really put me at ease and never made me feel rushed or like I didn't have his full attention.

I thought he was frank and helpful. I loved no waiting time (I was his first appointment)-- he was a bit "all business" and didn't particularly comfort me when he told me that I likely had a stress fracture from running, but I didn't mind too much. He advised me to get a bone scan at a hospital (which I did) and I have a follow up appointment with him next week.

Dr. Inwald was very helpful and showed me specifically on 2 pictures, and a skeleton, where my problems were. Many MDs would just provide the diagnosis in MD lingo and not take the extra step to make sure the patient understood what was wrong. He also made sure my insurance covered the product he was recommending for me and gave me a sample which I appreciated.
