The actual visit with Dr. Kraus went very well and he was very thorough answering my questions. However, he recommended that his colleague do the surgery because he is not currently doing surgeries. I had a previous surgery done by Dr. Krause the went well and had hoped he was still doing surgeries. Just after making the initial appointment via Zocdoc, his office called and said that my Zocdoc appointment time was no longer available so I rescheduled directly with his office. That was not a problem but I still had to fill out approximately 10 pages of forms because "their forms were different" so my initial effort in Zocdoc seemed a waste of time. Fortunately, I arrived 30 minutes early and I needed the extra time to fill out their forms.

The doctor was very thorough. He explained my problem to me in detail. Surgery went great. I highly recommend him.
Visit was good and Dr Kraus wasted no time determining what procedures was necessary to confirm his diagnosis.
I believe I found my new Dr!! He listened to my concerns and I feel confident I made a good decision.

The doctor is great and helpful. But getting an appointment has always been a problem.
Dr Krause explained all my options very well, despite the bad news about my MRI

Great doctor. great office. Great result. Recovering from surgery. no pain.
Intelligent man. Doesn't waste your time, just gets to work.
Horrible service. Extra long wait time. Do not recommend
Excellent doctor. excellent care. Highly recommend.
Dr office doesn’t even check updates from Zocdoc . I scheduled with their online program, uploaded my insurance card and completed all the forms. Called two later about my appointment, they knew nothing. Had to start all over, Patsy is unprofessional and incompetent and Maria doesn’t return calls as she stated she would. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Great deal very educated
I had to wait 2 hours before seeing him for my first visit. When he did decide to Me, he spent all of 10 minutes with me. He promised I could have my results the next day. When I called his office the next day late in the afternoon he had already left for the holidays. I was told I’d have to wait 12 days before I could be seen. Mind you I’m in pain the whole time. 12 days later during my second appt, I I wait 1 hour before I decide to leave his office unseen. I’ll take my results to someone else who respects my time...still in pain. I’m a working mother of twins under the age of 1 and I’m in pain, but unfortunately I don’t have all the time in the world as this doctor seems to think I have.

Good consultation. Just was disappointed when they asked me to fill up all the forms again even if I did so online at the zocdoc website. The office people did not seem to know there were online forms already filled out with all the information.

Finally, a doctor that listened.
