Every time I've been there the staff is awesome so very nice and helpful I love that they have patient portal being a busy Dr. Office it makes it easy to communicate with the office fast! And I've sent them a referral they do reward you for that which is a nice treat!

Dr. Newman's office was easy to find and parking plentiful. I was very impressed with how spacious the waiting room was, and the elegance of the decor.
What I was not impressed with was the woman at the front desk, Jen. There was nobody at the desk upon my arrival. When Jen came to the front desk, she did not greet me nor did she make eye contact, but simply said, "last name". I stood at the desk for at least 5-7 minutes while she input information into the computer. Not one time did she look me in the eye or attempt a smile. She also asked why I was seeing the doctor today. There was a woman standing next to me also waiting to check in. I did not feel comfortable divulging this information where I knew I was being listened to, but I did.
I liked the computer in the waiting room used to input personal information, although again, I was a little concerned about the lack of privacy.
My wait to be called back was less than 5 minutes. The assistant that called my name did not introduce herself or smile, but was pleasant nonetheless. My medical history was reviewed in the room quickly and efficiently.
My wait in the room for Dr. Newman was again, less than 5 minutes! Impressive! Dr. Neman was professional and efficient. He isn't very smiley (what is it with this office?), but I appreciated his frankness and thoroughness.
I will definitely make Dr. Newman my regular gynecologist, I will just lower my expectations about the friendliness of the staff!
