Gary Ott, MD has been practice medicine for more than 15 years, but he’s known he wanted to be a doctor since he was just five years old. Growing up in the Clearfield county area of Pennsylvania, he was inspired by his local family doctor to pursue medicine, and returned to work as an obstetrician and gynecologist in Dubois until moving to Montgomery County and joining Total Woman Health & Wellness in 2014.
Dr. Ott greatly enjoys the variety of being an obstetrician and gynecologist. He’s delivered thousands of babies, but still loves to help women bring their children into the world. He has also developed an expertise in minimally invasive procedures, which can improve quality of life for women by resolving difficult medical problems like pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and heavy bleeding. The opportunity to expand the availability of these innovative and effective procedures to women in Montgomery County was one of the main reasons Dr. Ott joined the Total Woman Health & Wellness team.
In his spare time, Dr. Ott enjoys spending time with his family and exploring his new home region of Eastern PA.
