Well my visit wasn't with Gary smith. It's a bad system to make it seem like you are seeing him but that's not the case. The woman I saw was amazing and absolutly lovely but again she was not who I scheduled with.

Dr. Smith is very kind and thorough. I would definitely recommend him when seeing a doctor at Vancouver Clinic's urgent care facility.

Well it's pretty bad. I arrived 15minutes early for a 9 o'clock. Called in at 915, waited until 930 when the PA came and finished with me in less than 10 min and was shown the door. I guess I was the make up patient for late appointment times. As for my visit with an MD that didn't happen I was changed to a PA-C and informed that the MD is in a supervisory capacity and PA's are the clinicians.

I scheduled an appt. ahead of time to prevent a long wait. they were 15 min late in calling me in. I then had vitals taken by med assistant and waited 40 min. Nothing! I then went outside looking for someone, was told they were backed up with only 1 Dr. on. Waited another 10+ min for the Dr. for maybe a 4 min appt. none too happy!
