I have had ear problems my entire life. I’ve had surgeries, tubes in my ears, hearing tests, the works. Not once has anyone ever really sat down and explained where these issues came from, why I struggled so much in this particular part of my body, even when I spent five years in the Army constantly in and out of the ENT’s office. Today was different. Dr. Reddy actually sat down, asked questions, took notes on my lifestyle, and drew diagrams explaining my sinus issues, and why my balance, focus, smell and hearing have all been so deeply impacted my entire life. I finally understand, I have the answers I’ve been seeking, and I now know the steps to take to live the life I’ve been seeking for twenty-three years. Thank you so much!

I feel so glad that I switched my PCP to someone else. She had me come in every three months to get a medication refill for a medication I was already taking for 2 years. I don’t know if it was to get insurance money but it was inconvenient and the bills stacked up. She’s very knowledgeable but lacks bedside manners when talking about sensitive subjects.

i booked my appointment 3 hrs in advance and waited an hour while everyone after me was seen. after i complained, i was told my insurance wasn't active, so i called my insurance. once i had them on the phone, they asked to speak to the receptionist, which she declined and told me to have them call the office. i stood there on the phone trying to give my insurance company the contract number when the receptionist told me to go outside.
This office was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. i was still in pain and very disappointed!

Dr. Reddy has a good bedside manner. I was very disappointed to learn that she is leaving AllCare practice by mid-June. Staff is professional but no bedside manner. They seemed detached and not patient centered, not friendly (but not unfriendly either).

Dr. Reddy made me feel like a pill pusher for asking for a prescription refill for a medication I have already been on. I showed her my formal diagnosis report and my prescription history (which she didn’t even request but just assumed I didn’t have either) and she finally obliged to give me the medication I need. She condescendingly told me that diet and sleep is important and should be reviewed first (don’t you think I’ve exhausted all options if I’m on mental health medication?) It wasn’t a very welcoming experience and I also felt rushed out of there after she agreed to sign for my prescriptions. I just needed to switch providers because I’m new to the are, but probably won’t be going back.

My first visit to this facility. The nurse who took my vitals was curt and unfriendly. She seemed angry that I came to the office with a positive home Covid test. Maybe so but there were other issues I wanted to discuss with a doctor.
The doctor was very friendly and accommodated my needs. However, she rushed through the appointment and spoke very fast.

I am new to the area and when looking for a new PCP, my friend recommended Dr. Reddy (who she found on Zocdoc). I went in for a physical, but due to an extensive and ongoing back issue I started discussing with her, Dr. Reddy treated me for that (going back for my physical next week). She was amazing. Listened to everything I said, and did a more thorough assessment of my back than the two orthopedic surgeons I’ve seen in the last month. She explained things very well and had an excellent bedside manner. After a month and a half of debilitating back and leg pain, I feel like I am finally on the way to some answers. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor. Thank you, Dr. Reddy!
