Gelsimo A. Cruz, M.D. has been practicing and specializing in gastroenterology and internal medicine in Maryland for more then 30 years.
Dr. Cruz graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and then went on to complete residency programs at the Medical Center Manila, Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital and S.U.N.Y VA Hospital. Dr. Cruz continued his training with a fellowship in gastroenterology at Prince George's general Hospital and Medical Center.
He is a long standing member of the American College of Physicians, the Anne Arundel Medical Society, Medchi of Maryland, and a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.
Outside of being a physician, Dr. Cruz enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He loves traveling, the arts, and meeting new people.
