Good Service
Dr Ramos is a great physician! We talk about alternate ways/ lifestyle changes to minimize or lower the issues I'm having. I am treated with so much care in her office. She is knowledgeable and wants the best for me. I trust her, and have built a comfortable communication baseline with Dr Ramos. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have. I couldn't ask for a better physician!
They treat you like family

Recepcionist should be more polite to patients. They talk to patients with a tone of rudness. They should work on having better customer service in the front desk. I seen while i wait to be called by medical assistant, front desk are not nice to patients. They answer the phone and put people on hold by not letting them talk and i say this because they just say please hold to all calls. They are just talking between them of their personal lives. Instead of being considerate of patients calling for something important. Plus they have signs all over front area saying phones are not working properly. How are patients going to get heard like that specially elderly patients. I just believe receptionist need to work on their attitude and act more professional. medical assistants are nice and polite same with providers. Its a very nice experience once you are in the back than with the receptionist.
I was surprised the surgery was fast and effective. Great therapies so much that I walk perfectly well. I am very fond of the hospital, doctor and nurses. Thank you very much thanks

Dr. Ramos and her assistants are very good and understanding, my family and I treat her very well and we are her patients and we are very happy with her services and advice and especially how the doctor explains to one all the tests or medicines that one needs.
I had parcial knee replacement and did not know the things that can go wrong until after the surgery yesterday 6/13/2017.if I had know everything I know today I would not have had the surgery.

I did not like it. The wait time took forever and coming in as a new patient was not helpful at all. The nurses didn't help and the
HORRIBLE! Just HORRIBLE, it's dirty and the receptionist is so SLOW! everything I asked she said " I would have to check " she knew absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Waited 2 hours to be seen and finally when we got called the damn doctor took vitals and thennnnnnnnnn after tells me he need an approval from insurance just hold and left the room came back and left again it was horrible

Honestly, a Catholic doctors office? Thanks for letting my heathen self know before I waited two hours to be told I can't get my birth control refilled. A truly awful place with unprofessional, slow people. Next time just make huge disclaimer before I waste my time with radical religious animals.
