I had a severe eczema out break and needed to see someone quickly so I scheduled an appointment via video. This was my first time with this Nurse Practitioner and her page indicated I would get directions for video instructions. I left work early hurried home and got online at 5pm. My appointment was at 545pm I gave the person 10 minutes and when I didnt hear from her I called the number on her page. No one answered, I left a message. I called again only to be told that they sent me a text with the linjk for video which i never did. Poor customer service on the Nurse not the staff!!
