Dr. Shaffer is great at what he does, but that gets overshadowed by his awful bedside manner. At my appointment he was so abrupt and disinterested that it made me feel that the purpose for my visit was insignificant. So much so that he didn't even take the time to thoroughly read my medical chart before coming into the exam room, which resulted in him providing me with an incorrect diagnosis. Upon discovery, he was not apologetic, rushed discussion of a "treatment plan" and then left the room. Even though he handled my first surgery, I will be seeking a second opinion regarding my current medical situation because I can no longer tolerate his ego and lack of patient interest.

He was wonderful and his staff were great professionals. I was in and out in an hour and a half and that included the time for X-Rays. They answered all my questions and were friendly and knowledgable.

The staff was efficient and courteous. The wait time was reasonable. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. Only negative: I filled out the forms online; however, I had to fill them out again. Why? I was told they had no way to retrieve the information.

was not happy with my appointment. Filled in paperwork on line but was not available and had to repeat paper work when I arrived.
Had to wait 45 minutes to get into a room and then an additional 45 minutes until seen by the doctor.
