The waiting room was extremely busy when I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. I began talking to a receptionist who engaged in conversation with others behind the desk and intermittently with me. I was informed that the doctor was running 40-60 minutes late. This same receptionist called me back three separate times while I was waiting because she gave me another patient's receipt instead of my own and told me "I put the wrong address down" when the doctors office address showed in my information. (I assume this filled itself in as I submitted my information online). The doctor worked quickly but thoroughly and was not unkind. I would ask that the receptionists focus on their customer service and friendliness towards the guests coming in, especially those needing to wait over an hour to be seen.

I really liked Dr. Thatcher and his office staff. However, the wait was unusually long. I had a 10:40am appointment and wasnt seen until 11:30. However, he is a great doctor, very thorough and personable.

Very nice doctor. Went in for ear ache found out I had a couple of nodules on thyroid. Went for testing and found out I had papillary thyroid cancer. He performed surgery 8 days later and I'm feeling awesome! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good thorough Dr. Explained everything in great detail in words I could understand! Beyond SATISFIED!

Dr. Thatcher and the whole staff at this office were great. I didn't wait long at all, and once I saw the doctor he was friendly, understanding, professional, and quick, without making me feel rushed. After 6 days of sore throat misery & an earlier visit to the Minute Clinic which yielded nothing, this visit was a huge relief! Highly recommend.
