The staff was great but they did not have an appointment in there system for me. The check in clerk went above and beyond to have me seen by the nurse practitioner who was fantastic. So Zocdoc you must make sure that the doctors office has the appointments that are made on your website on their schedule.

Excellent staff, but very slow-moving office overall. Dr. Chang is very thorough and listens carefully. It's hard to tell whether the practice is inefficient or if it's that Dr. Chang is very detailed. Support staff is kind, polite, & professional.
