This was the first time I'd seen Dr. Flocos (I've always gone to Dr. Ayalew, who I love, but I needed a specific day) and he was wonderful! This is an excellent practice - he was so kind and thorough, and took time to explain everything and offer various options. Excellent experience.

I am so grateful for Zocdoc for finding me this doctor. He was an absolute GEM! It turns out I needed to see a specialist and I've never seen another doctor work more diligently to arrange an appointment for me to be seen late on a Friday afternoon. He wasn't giving up and I so appreciate him. He is very committed to his patients and was thorough and professional. I will be going back and recommending this doctor. Really couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Flocos was very kind and patient. He saw me promptly and worked quickly, but the visit didn’t feel rushed at all. He recommended a dilated exam but didn’t pressure me at all when I declined. Even though he isn’t in my insurance network, the visit was worth paying for myself.

I didn't realize that he was located in an eye glass chain, but never the less felt pressure to be upsold. Dr. Flocos gave me the pros and cons of the treatments and checks he was performing. When I didn't have my contacts with me, he gave me an opportunity to go back and get them to check their fit. I will definitely go back.
Also, my exam was during the COVID-19 pandemic and Dr. Flocos was very safe, hygienic, and considerate. I felt safe the entire time.

Dr Flocos is very professional and a nice man. I have been going to him for years, and he always gives me good advice and is knowledgeable about different contacts and glasses options. The shop has terrific glasses to buy, too, very stylish and the best quality. But the people at Blink don’t pressure you to buy and are good about follow-up.

Highly recommend this practice. I was able to schedule an acuity exam for precisely the time I needed. The team was very attentive to COVID 19 requirements - hand hygiene, temperature screening, social distancing, frequent surface cleaning, etc. Excellent! The exam was thorough and Dr Flocos has a very professional and engaging manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
