They sent me an email that I wasn't aware that I received so I had to fill it out first before I saw the doctor. Maybe if they sent the link in a text I would have had it done before I arrived so I wouldn't have to spend so much time on it.

The right address is 1485 W Warm Springs Rd, Suite 103, Henderson, NV 89014.
Overall, the visit is good for three reasons and not so pleasant for two reasons.
3 good ones:
1. I like Dr. George Foster a lot. He is very professional and nice. During my visit, Dr. Foster answered my questions thoroughly and provided me with detailed information to care for my concerns.
2. Wait time is relatively short. I only needed to fill out some general info + insurance info. It takes about 15 minutes in total.
3. They sent out an email to check in in advance, which I REALLY like! It saves a lot of time when I am at the office.
However, 2 things frustrate me:
1. They confirmed my appointment on Zocdoc, where I scheduled it, with the address at 3005 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy. I arrived on time but was told by the recipient of a different hospital that Dr. Foster’s had moved to a new location. I checked every place (Zocdoc, email). NO, no new location at all. I called the office 3 times, but no one picked up. This really is UNPROFESSIONAL!
2. I wish they had sent a text message with the accurate address and phone number, so patients don’t need to figure everything out themselves, especially, Dr. Foster has 3005 W Horizon everywhere on Google.

Dr. Foster has been certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Since 1985 and continues to maintain his certification annually. After serving in the military for 5 years, he received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He then completed the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in Florida, after which he also became an attending teaching physician for 16 years. He has been in private practice in Henderson since 2005, and has privileges at St. Rose Siena, St. Rose San Martin, Spring Valley Hospital and Parkway Surgery Center.

I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I arrived 15 minutes early & only had an hour since I had to get back to work. When I was finally seen I asked if they could make it quick, but the doctor just started touching me and doing things without warning. Considering the doctor was male (& part of their onboarding questionnaire asked about my history w/ sexual assult), it was a bit triggering. Overall, I'll probably continue to go back for annual appointments. Everyone at the front desk was kind and attentive, and I could tell the doctor was trying to make me comfortable with friendly conversation. However, I would've appreciated a warning before the exam started.

I came in for an annual exam and to talk about a cyst. Apparently you can only discuss one issue at a time here. Or so that’s what they said needed to happen to bill insurance. I’ve always been able to talk openly with other doctors when I had more than one “issue”. I feel like this was just a way for them to reschedule me and get more money from me. Disappointed. Not sure if I will be following up

This is for post menopausal women?. I’m 74 and my visit was a bit unconventional in that the primary reason for my visit was for hormone treatment. At first, communication was halting, but believe resolved. Thank you, Dr. Foster. The office staff is magnificent!

Great visit. Dr. Foster very nice and knowledgeable. I hadn’t had an appt in years AND was looking for a quick turnaround to be seen. I was able to see the Dr. Within an hour arriving and then in and out. Thankful not a long wait while being cold and naked!

All was good except the wait.
My appointment time was made right at the start of lunch, so I had to wait for their lunch to be over & they were back in the office in order to even start my new patient paperwork. (In addition to what you fill out online, beforehand) I wouldn’t have mind the wait so bad if I was able to fill out all that paperwork while they were on lunch.

Upon filling out new patient paperwork, I was called into the back no later than 10 minutes after. Assistant took weight and BP. Soon after, the Dr Foster came in maybe 5 minutes later if that. He was really welcoming and went over basic questions. He conversed and it really helped me feel comfortable and I didnt feel the awkward silence as most doctor appointments are. I can tell he wants to get to know you on a personal level and make you comfortable as his patient. I was able to book my follow up appointments with no problems. I really recommend Dr Foster and his staff.
