Usually when I go places with my five kids I get more than a few exasperated looks, but they welcomed them with candy. While this is far from a kid friendly place, they had no problem with them sprawling out and taking up the waiting room space, so that they could relax and watch a movie on my phone. They are always very nice.

I liked Dr. Orm; he seemed very knowledgeable. However, I felt like my wait time was significantly longer than the actual appointment itself. The entire staff felt like they were quickly herding me through the entire process. I expressed an eye concern with Dr. Orm towards the end of my quick session and he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and ushered me out. When it came to picking out glasses, the lady spoke so quickly, explained nothing to me about my insurance coverage, just threw a bunch of handwritten numbers with no labels onto a paper, grabbed a bunch of glasses, dropped them on the table, and told me to try them on. As a result, my overall sentiment is that Optique was an okay experience, but if you want genuine care, I'd go somewhere else. This will likely be my first and last time there.

Professional staff and fairly knowledgable and helpful overall. Dr. Orm seems competent and will provide you answers to any questions you have. Can't really complain at all about the experience I had.

Felt rushed - he would ask questions & then almost push me into an answer/make me make a decision quicker than I felt ready to do so. Wasn't a bad appt, just felt as though he was trying to push through as many ppl as possible.

The office was so busy that I didn't go into my appointment until 30-45 minutes after I was booked. After being ushered in and waiting another 15 minutes, the doctor came in and barely spoke to me. He performed all of the tests quickly before getting up and leaving me in the room. I waited for another half hour before the assistant finally found me and told me he was done. He insisted I ordered the most expensive contacts and was quite rude. When I left, he was actually seeing another patient and maybe had just forgotten I was there. If you want to feel like getting herded around and treated like you're a number instead of a patient, this doctor is for you.

Dr. Orm is one of the most friendly people I have ever met. He is VERY thorough and he knows that everyone is on a budget and doesn't try and give you a treatment plan you can't afford. Excellen Doctor.

My information was already on file. I did have to let the receptionist know that. They had me fill out the basic info on the Rx and receipt form and sign the online print out. The doctor saw me shortly after.
