Dr. Stoneman and his staff are all very professional. They greeted us with smile and very pleasant when we came in and when we are done. I have been to some medical offices where the staff are rude and make you feel that you are bothering them. Dr. Stoneman and staff are the best!

Dr. Stoneman brings over 30 years of Ear Nose Throat experience from Los Angeles to the La Canada Glendale area. He is a board certified ENT highly involved in local and community activities. Dr. Stoneman is on the clinical faculty of the Keck School of Medicine of USC, and is actively involved in the USC Alumni Association. His gentle care and expertise help patients feel they are in the best possible hands. Outside of the office he enjoys photography, eco-tourism, history and quality time with family and friends. Dr. Stoneman also served as a Flight Surgeon in the US Air Force.

My third recurrence of tonsilitis that 4 or so other doctors just immediately tested for strep and gave me an antibiotic diagnosed it as "pharyngitis" and said "yeah it comes back sometimes".
Dr. Stoneman was completely different. Asked me lots of questions. Thoroughly examined my ear nose and throat. Took the time to find the number for my pharmacy to get the name of the antibiotics that worked for me before and booked a follow up appointment to see if

Great doctor I have been going to him since I was a child. He will be helping me in the process of getting surgery on my ear to repair a hole on my ear drum.

I was not satisfied with my visit. I saw Dr. Stoneman a month ago for a discomfort in my ears - a sudden unset, non-stop popping. He prescribed me a nasal spray and told me to return after three weeks if there was no improvement. There was no improvement and I returned. The second time he offered no new solution and no new insight. He told me just to come back in six weeks if it was still happening. I don't understand why he would say come back in three weeks, and then upon return just say to come back again after an even longer period of time with no explanation. I felt he was just putting me off because he didn't have an answer about what was happening. I questioned and confronted him on all of this and he was elusive. I will not be returning to him and seeking an opinion elsewhere.

When I came in the receptionist said I have no appointment and I said I made the appointment through ZocDoc and they have no idea what I am talking about. She even said that they don't make appointment through websites. One patient came in with the same appointment and I guess someone did not tell the receptionist that they are doing that now.
I've seen the Dr. Stoneman after all and he is very professional and very pleasant. He responded to all my questions and am very happy leaving there. I have another appointment next week but will call them instead of getting an appointment through ZocDoc.
