He is very caring and sensible as not wanting to cram you full of prescriptions and pat you the and send you out to play. He gets to the root of the problem exploring all avenues then if need be will prescribe medications at that time. STAFF is awesome as well..

2nd time to go to Dr. Valdez. Was glad to find my newest insurance policy allowed me to go back to him. Easy to talk to him and he seems to be very understanding. He offers good solutions and I like that I can follow up its questions and concerns easily on the web portal.

My appointment was at 1200 and I arrived there at 1210 so had to get bumped to 1240 time slot, which was understandable. The staff was great and Dr. Valdez was very personable and made me feel that our needs were going to be taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Valdez and his staff.

I did not like the fact that I had to use zoo doc to make my first appointment and I felt that because I did have a non-traditional insurance I was singled out. One of the office staff was rude while the other front office staff was very polite. The medical assistant was very matter-of-fact and I had to give a urine sample so they could test my urine for any and all drugs or medications which I thought was weird, but just maybe the clientele they generally have there. When I did meet with dr. Valdez he was very polite and down to earth and overall the visit was good.
