The wait time seemed excessive since I checked in and filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time. It felt like it didn’t matter if I had an appointment time because walk-ins were getting seen just as quickly. I don’t mind waiting 10 minutes, but almost an hour past my scheduled appointment felt a bit disrespectful of my time.

Very caring and serious about patients health. My son who is very picky about doctors due to his mom being a nurse and he listened to horror stories, and was very happy with the outcome of this visit. Thank you ZOCDOC because as his mother I live in VA, and found Dr. Congdon, this was a very positive experience.

Waited for forty-five minutes past the appointment time. No apology or even an acknowledgement of the delay. Nurse who took me to the examination room was not wearing a name tag and never introduced herself. It took her over 20 minutes to refill a prescription.

The treatment like always was good but I used this zoc doc to book my appointment and the ladies at the front desk didn't get it. I was considered a walk in so I had to wait longer than usual. I will not use this website again I will just call next time to make an appointment.

Very good experience with the staff. The staff was very organized and professional. However my appointment booked through ZocDoc was for 1255. The office closes from 1-2 for lunch. So I had to come back at 2PM. Also the office did not receive any of the pre appointment information I filled out on ZocDoc.

I understand it was The end of The day but there was still no right for The girls at the front desk to be acting like they were. The girls at the front desk were more worried about being catty to each other and arguing than taking care of the patients. The male nurse practitioner was great though and so was the female nurse practitioner was great.

the problem was with no LIVE voice awnsering the phone . . . get a grip SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE and no one ever returned my call from last Friday!!
But I really enjoyed my experance, while it was clear that we had to go theu several steps to assure I wasn't abusing, no one ever treated me like I was a drug abuser!
Good thing too! I have a short temper for disrespect . . that's why I made sure I wore my Navy Veterns hat . . .

I have been to many doctors in the past two years. They push you out the door in 3 minutes. This doctor took the time to get an actual diagnosis. I hope to come to him for all my care. It was great.
