I felt like I was in a low income clinic. The wait was too long and I had to remind them to collect my co-pay.
Dr. Heisler was professional and gave good recommendations on things to do to feel better!
I really liked Dr Heisler because he was very informative. He was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. His staff were outstanding.
Dr Heisler was informative and professional.
My appointment was at 10:50 . I got in and was not seen until 11:24. We were doing follow up on my diabetes and had contacted the clinic that I wanted to talk about my right hand and arthritis . Dr came in said my Blood pressure was good , to keep on doing what I was doing . Asked if I needed a refills and left. Total time between 3-5 minutes.
Extremely polite people; quick in & out with no fuss.
Very professional and explains everything with details
Doctor Heisler, Was very attentive to my needs, polite and knowledgeable.
I understand that this is a low income clinic but that should not imply patients are going be treated as a low priority. The entire appointment was rushed. This has been the second time it has been this way. The physician is already out the door before I could even complete my thought. This is why people end up in emergency rooms, lack of adequate preventative care.
He was very nice and went over everything and asked me if I had any other questions, which I appreciated. I think we all get nervous going over Lab work and that kind of stuff and he made me feel at ease.
What kind of doctor dismisses the patient's concerns and says they don't know about female issues? I have always had family doctors prescribe birth control pills for menstral cycle symptoms. This was a complete waste of time and money.
Favorable impression. Thorough analysis of my health appreciated.
He is knowledgeable and made me aware of health issues I didn't know I had. He slo took immediate measures to address those issues.
He is lacking in bedside manners, compassion, listening skills and in overall caring empathy for his patients. RETIRE
I didn't feel like he listened to me. I know my body and what is wrong. I feel like I wasted my time going there.
Was the second time to see him. Was a lot more informative and attentive. Hope to keep this doctor for a longer period of time.
Everyone was really nice and helpful.
Dr. Heisler appeared to understand my problems health-wise. He listened to what I had to say and seem to understand. He also made recommendations to get for their help.
awesome, had his finger on the button straight away, had time to talk with the patient, to explain anything to the patient, very impressed
It is not possible to reach the Dr's office by phone, and the pharmacy also couldn't reach the office for a refill causing me to run out of meds.
