Dr. Heisler told me I had 10 minutes and then he had to move on to his next patient. Even though I had a few symptoms going on, he only wanted to know what my primary complaint was for making the appointment. I felt rushed and completely irrelevant. I will find a new doctor who cares about his patients and not his productivity percents.

I didn't approve of the way theDr. acted when he found out i wason pain meds. I didn't go there with pain, it was fenale problems & the Dr. acted like he was embarrassed to talk about female problems. I think the P.A i seen the first time was better.

Most terrible appt. I have ever had at Communicaare. He was running late by an hour. Barely came in and it felt like he was in a hurry. He had not read my file and I have provided extensive records. I was asked.why I needed my walker an indication that my file had not been reviewed. Why was I on a PAP program . why was I prescribed particular meds. When asked why he did not refill my gabapentin prescription when the phamacopia clearly states one should be reduced gradually from this medication. I also keep detailed records for my blood sugars...nlood pressure...oximeter rates he was not interestef in looking at any of these. He said he was only interested in my A1c. I had to adk for a full blood panel.as.I am on a lchf diet and was interested in cholesteral levels as well as potasium levels. I felt treated like I was ignorant. I am a teacher of special needs children by trade. In the past.I have never felt rushed or discounted at all. This guy acted hurried and disinterested. I will never see him again and would suggest no one else see him. I probably should have seen a vet and would have been happier.

My appointment was at 10:50 . I got in and was not seen until 11:24. We were doing follow up on my diabetes and had contacted the clinic that I wanted to talk about my right hand and arthritis . Dr came in said my Blood pressure was good , to keep on doing what I was doing . Asked if I needed a refills and left. Total time between 3-5 minutes.

What kind of doctor dismisses the patient's concerns and says they don't know about female issues? I have always had family doctors prescribe birth control pills for menstral cycle symptoms. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I understand that this is a low income clinic but that should not imply patients are going be treated as a low priority. The entire appointment was rushed. This has been the second time it has been this way. The physician is already out the door before I could even complete my thought. This is why people end up in emergency rooms, lack of adequate preventative care.

It is not possible to reach the Dr's office by phone, and the pharmacy also couldn't reach the office for a refill causing me to run out of meds.
