Came in for a rash that wasn't going away and was fearful it might be ringworm. Was seen about 5 minutes after completing all the paperwork and his prescribed scream did the job

I wasn't happy with the fact I had to fill paperwork out that had already been submitted through ZocDoc. When I mentioned the redundancy to the front desk person, although polite, wasn't willing to consider the option. The nurse that broughtme into the room was not personable, and I felt the initial contact with the front desk person was a precursor for the rest of the appointment. I arrived on time at 9:30, didn't get into a room until 9:52, was seen and out the door by 10 am. It didn't give much time to build rapport with the doctor, nor did he seem too concerned with trying to. The nurse was in the room the entire time which also made me uncomfortable. I understand it is for malpractice reasons, but again, did not feel comfortable with the staff as a whole.

First time visiting Dr Gerard and experience was great. I had a bad experience with a dermatologist and I think I found a keeper.
