I've never been to a worse doctor. The staff was not friendly at all and Dr. Henry was even worse. He didn't listen to a single thing I said for the 20 seconds he was in the room with me.

I agree with all the bad reviews this “doctor” has. He had no time, always rushed and very un respectfully when talking to him, didn’t even introduce himself, neither said bye I’m done, he just left.

The office staff was not welcoming, keeping the sliding partition closed at all times, and a note stating NOT to tap on the glass. They were running 30 minutes late, with no one else in the waiting room. No music orTV with volume in the waiting room. Doctor took about 1 minute flat to check for any skin cancer on my entire body...hope I'm good! He could have been a bit more friendly and gotten to know me, instead of rushing out of the room...it was my first visit!

A little terse, but my problems were simple, so I'm not upset. The office is clean and polite, so I'll continue for any subsequent needs. Jury's still out on whether or not my condition has been successfully treated, so a return to may be necessary.

He walked in and out of our appointment to do other things and each time left the door wide open while I was sitting there in a paper gown. He barely looked at my rashes and I felt he rushed intoa diagnosis that addressed a symptom but didn't get to the source.

He was alittle rude or maybe he was just in a hurry. I felt like he didnt really care about my issue or concern. He didnt even give me an alternative solution. I wasted my time and energy for nothing.

Dr. Henry raced through my exam. He didn’t listen to my answers to his questions. He talked over me the entire time. He didn’t ask if I had any concerns. For a new patient full body screening the entire appointment wasless than 5 minutes! For the last minute his hand was literally on the door. So, no, I won’t be recommending him or returning.

I wish the copy of the insurance card and my ID were printable by the office from ZOCDOC, it would also be good if the rest of the documentation they needed could've been done through zocdoc. I REALLY enjoyed having theoption to do all of the documents via zocdoc before I came in. Appt was started late. everyone was nice and apologized.

He jelled at me and was verbally abusing making non sense statements. I went to him for a dermatitis and he deny any tests to verify the origin but mostly he deny the courtesy to be polite and just write asimple blood test I asked to see my vit c vit e and copper zinc levels. He reply with a nonsense statement: your family Doctor can test gold silver and the rest of it! Excuse me? Did you read the medical records I brought? My doctor is in Beverly Hills that is why I have to ask you for test. What an illiterate. The girl at the front desk told me he prescribed a lip balm and when I read the ingredients it had mineral oil and petroleum jelly! What kind of dermatologist prescribe known toxic substances because the body can not metabolized. I came from a medical trained family and this person should be expelled from the medical board.

I enjoyed it, he was professional and addressed my concerns without wasting time. I felt listened to and he was knowledgable, informative. Office staff was warm and inviting and even gave my son a sticker. It was embarrassing to leave atthe end as they spoiled him and he didn't want to leave and expressed that by crying and clinging to the nurses.

I saw Dr. Henry 8 days ago where he spent less than 2 minutes with me. He diagnosed that I had Tinea Pedis and prescribed a very expensive prescription ointment. I applied the ointment for 8 days with little or noresults and the rash has continued to spread. I made another appointment which I went to today Dr. Henry now announced that he "thinks" I have Lichen Planus. He took a biopsy of both my feet (where the rash is most prevalent) and said that the results would be back in 10 days. He then prescribed another ointment, this ointment is the same as the first with one less ingredient. the second visit lasted a total of 4 minutes. When I asked questions he said that he could not answer until the lab results were returned. I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and medical treatment.

The admins were not friendly and hid behind a glass window, very impersonal. He did not read my file before coming in the room. The nurse was also was present during the exam which I found to be uncomfortable. I onlycame here because he had same day availablity. I told him my symptoms and circumstances and didn't listen to what I was saying. On top of that they do not have electronic billing! When I asked to have my bill emailed they said that was not possible. There are too many other dermatologist in the area to go here.

I'm a first time patient of Dr. Henry, and have been to so many dermatologists over the years the I've lost count. He didn't try to sell me anything or try to squeeze extra visits out me. Dr. Henry looked atme face and my long history of failed treatment, and offered me a cure. This is after being told there wasn't one. He and his nurse answered my questions without sugar coating anything. I hope this works. I've had acne almost my whole life, constantly.

Dr. Henry runs a very quick, efficient office. I've been there a few times and have not spent more than a grand total of ten minutes with him, but his treatments seem to work fine. If I had any constructive criticism,it would be to address the friendliness of the staff. If the doctor is short, fine. If everyone else also seems to have very little time for the patient too, then it makes the experience less than stellar.

Dr. Henry and his staff were very friendly and professional. My appointment was for my annual skin cancer screening. The doctor also took the time to explain why I needed to be extra careful sun exposure due to my family historyof melanoma. He showed me what to look for when checking for skin cancer. He also removed a mole from my hand and he was so fast and efficient, it was painless!

Dr. Henry himself was very nice, but our actual visit was short. I waited in the lobby for around 30-40 minutes, and in my room about 10 minutes. I met with a nurse/assistant briefly, and the doctor came in shortly after.Dr. Henry asked some quick, direct questions to determine what he wanted to try, but not much else. Hopefully this is just a sign of a doctor that's just very experienced in his field, and not of one hurrying through patients. He was very nice, I want to reiterate, and gave me a variety of samples to try as a base start for resolving my skin issues. I look forward to seeing his treatments as I use them. I will still be going back, as his office was busy, he must know a bit about what he's doing!

Overall- really disappointed. I was really excited after reading all of the good reviews, so I made an appointment for my mild case of acne. I waited for about 30 minutes in the waiting room, and then another 15 once Iwas called back. When the doctor did come, he briefly looked at my face and told me that he was going to have me try different samples. When I asked what kind of acne I had, he was unable to answer. I had a notepad next to me of questions which he clearly saw, but didn't even give me the time to ask. He stayed with me for a total of about 2 minutes, before prescribing me some facial wash that was conveniently only sold in his office, and telling me to make a follow up appointment. He wasn't rude, but just didn't seem like he genuinely cared about his patients nor up to date on acne treatments.
