Not the warmest manner or didn't seem to care either way. Non plused feeling. I got the tests I requested and was done. The rest of the staff were really friendly.

Dr. Hemmen is kind and always greets me with a smile. She isn't rushed and makes sure we have covered everything I need before I leave. I can count on Dr. Hemmen for all of my primary care needs. She gives me that and more!

I am very glad that I found Dr. Hemmen in my search for my a primary care physician. The office is great, friendly staff, haven't had to wait beyond my appointment time, she is thorough yet personable and I was impressed by her quick response to a message sent to her on the patient portal about a prescription. She called me personally right away. I have already recommended her to a friend looking for a new doctor.

I felt like Gia was very concerned with me as a person and not just another number walking through the door. I felt that she had my best interest in mind, she never forced medication down my throat. She was very knowledgeable about different options and in the end let me make the final decision. That was greatly appreciated and I would definitely recommend her to other patients.

I thought both Dr. Hemmen & her nurse Christy were extremely knowledgeable about my health history and my current needs/condition. It is always obvious when I visit that she cares and wants to ensure I walk out of the office with an understanding of the situation & my alternatives. My visit wait times are always low with Dr. Hemmen and her & Christy have excellent senses of humor! I have recommended her 2 times already!

Was a bit nervous for 1st meeting with new doctor. But after doing do, found Dr. Hemmen very responsive to all my questions & needs. She made me feel comfortable & at ease. Would like to thank her for the attention & concern she showed. Through the years been pleased with Primary Care NW family & staff feel very good about choosing to stay, even after departure of Dr. Hillis.
