I feel Dr Lam listened to my concerns and is interested in helping me feel better, I appreciate his assessment and follow through with the labs and follow up appointments. He is friendly and so is Chris & the office staff. Dr. LAM and his office staff are great! The call center that leads you to his office is AWFUL!! The wait was 20 min to connect for my- schedule. Wed. April 20 @11:10 a call center customer service agent (Maria) Was the worst I have encountered in over a decade. Rude, unprofessional, irritable, and down right UNSKILLED!! Dr. Lans office personnel is suffering due to this process of "call center" I have been a patient of his since before he got there, and the previous Dr. Delivered my 22 year old son. I am extremely unsatisfied with Maria the call center grouch Inwould like to add that Dr. LAMS skilled prifessional staff has NEVER treated me like Maria. I was so upset after this 20minute wait call center Maria the grouch person, my husband had to seriously calm me down. YUCK!!!

Dr. Lam and all the staff are very friendly! I was nervous about changing doctors for my insurance because I liked my old Doctor but Dr. Lam was even better then my old Doctor! He made sure I talked to him about everything I needed to and even ordered tests before I asked for them, my old Doctor I would have to tell them I wanted it done because I didn't feel good and I wanted to know why!

Dr. Lam is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He sat and actually listened. I never felt rushed or hurried. He has a genuine concern for people and I appericate that in a doctor. He had the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been too...I didn't feel alone..I felt helped!!
I've been to other offices where the office staff and medical assistants are running you over to get outside to smoke...
That didnt happen at this office!!! The staff is grade A+ in my book...I'll be referring everyone I know to Dr.Lam!!!
