They do not do PCP at this office. I booked my appointment and no one called to inform me of that. Instead they waited until I called to locate the office. They asked what is my appointment for. I mean they should've called to verify and inform me of such information. I was so pissed off, I drove all the way to Bloomfield for nothing.

After waiting for a long time even though there were no other patients, the doctor did not have the right equipment to look at my wrist even though I put all the details of my issue in the appointment ahead of time. I was there a total of an hour just to be told I would need to go to another doctor. Also, this is a urgent care clinic, not a primary care doctor.
