Dr. Gisele Girault is an experienced Pain Medicine Physician, she and her staff will make every effort to provide you with the highest quality treatments for your pain problems. She performs a wide variety of interventional pain procedures to treat the most complex pain conditions.

Nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections and facet blocks are non-operative forms of pain management. Therapeutic injections may be considered as an adjunct to medication and interdisciplinary rehabilitation treatment, or physical therapy. Injection therapy may help control pain from degenerative disc disease, injury, osteoarthritis and other disorders of the spine. Our team works closely with complimentary therapies such as acupuncture and chiropractic medicine, and we will gladly make appropriate referrals.
All interventions and procedures are performed by Dr. Girault in the convenience of our office. Dr. Girault uses a specialized x-ray called fluoroscopy for all advanced pain interventions to ensure accuracy and provide greater patient safety.
Our approach to interventional pain management is to relieve, reduce, or manage pain and improve a patient's overall quality of life through minimally invasive techniques specifically designed to diagnose and treat painful conditions. Our medical team, led by Dr. Girault, strives to help patients return to their everyday activities quickly and without heavy reliance on medications. For back pain sufferers, interventional pain management techniques can be particularly useful.

Terrible. She had me sign a drug agreement while I was sick and did not explain I could not go to the hospital in an emergency situation and get pills if I need them, not including her offices would mistakenly cancel my appointments, which would have prevented me from running out of medicine. The office is nice but the PA is rude and unprofessional. Gisele is unorganize and should not be practicing medicine.
