I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Martinez took her time, so I didn't mind waiting to see her because she didn't rush through my apt. She went through my medical history extensively and did tests that day in house to rule out certain diagnoses. I haven't gotten the results of my blood tests yet and I had them a week ago. I am hoping to get that information today as I know the comprehensive panels take more time. Otherwise, the experience with Dr. Martinez has been great so far. I finally found someone that was willing to listen to the health problems that I was having and am hoping to see what we find out, but at least we have a direction!

If you've got the majority of your day to spend sitting & waiting to see her - go here. She is great though - attentive & really talks through everything with you. Which is why when you have an 11am appt, you don't actually see here till 1pm.
I simply keep going back just because of her bedside manner. If it weren't for that I would have ditched this practices a long time ago.

I was very excited about seeing Dr Martinez after reading her reviews. One of the main reasons I booked the appointment was for my thinning hair, which I curl so it can look fuller. When I brought up my concern she said "looks like you have a full set of hair to me". After I explained that it only looks that way because I curl it, she told me it was stress related... She never even got up from her chair across the room. So, from the opposite end of the room she denied, and then shrugged off my concerns. Perhaps she was having an off day, but I did not wait 2 hours to then be treated with such little importance.

My previous visits were outstanding - but yesterday must have been an off day for everyone at this office. Original appt time 1215, they called me to reschedule the morning of to 1150am, but I didnt actually see the doctor until nearly 2pm!!
I'll use her again though, in hopes that the service levels return to how they were just a few months ago ... If not, I'll go elsewhere. What a bummer.

I went there twice and both times I had to wait for over an hour. The nurse was "too busy" to verify my insurance coverage, and the other one always answers my questions with "you don't know?". Didn't feel the doctor was trustworthy and care for the patient. Called a few times to get a prescription and didn't get any response after 2 weeks.

The process of getting established as a new patient was somewhat slow, but understandable due to the amount of data entry. Office is set up pretty strange in my opinion, not bad, just odd is all.
Dr. Martinez was super friendly and really seemed to listen. I feel confident that I chose a great primary care doctor.
