I had an appointment for 12 o'clock noon that I made with Zoc Doc, but they tell me they don't take appointments. It's on a first come first serve basis. I made the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait so I am very frustrated with the fact that I had to wait over two hours to be seen by the doctor.

Dr. Kwiat has extensive experience in many facets of primary care having been in private practice for almost twenty years in Ohio. He relocated in the Tampa area in 2008 and has been with Doctors Express –Clearwater since its opening. He and his wife Tracey enjoy bike riding, scuba diving and their salt water aquarium.
