“Overall my experience was a good one and I will stay with them. One minor glitch: After making an appointment online I daily received a text to confirm my appointment with a provided text answer - which I did every time up to the day before my appointment was scheduled. Later that same day, I then get a voicemail informing me that because they couldn't get ahold of me through a phone call, my appointment was cancelled! I then immediately contacted them by PHONE and corrected their error. Needless to say, this was a bit irritating. ”
