This was a very strange experience with the provider. I presented with an arm injury and scheduled an exam with the provider; there was barely a physical exam provided. Instead, the provider kept pushing to do an annual physical. The entire office seemed geared to only provide annual physicals. The provider did give me a referral for an MRI and that was about it. The front office staff, despite having more than 5 people at the desk, just ignored people and let them stand there and wait.
