Gregory Bales, MD, is an expert in female urology and reconstructive surgery. He specializes in pubovaginal sling surgery for female stress incontinence and vaginal surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. He also is an expert in artificial urinary sphincter/male sling for post-prostatectomy male incontinence, as well as urethroplasty for urethral stricture disease. Dr. Bales is a member of the Center for Pelvic Health care team. He was recently named one of the city’s best doctors for treating women by Chicago magazine.
