Very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and then explain what was going on. I was happy with the doctor, his staff, and the very nice facilities. Hope I will not have to return soon but of I do I know I'll be in good hands. Thank you.

The Doctor and his office were great. However, ZocDoc gets an F because they did not follow through with making the appointment or send the information to the Doctor's office that I filled out on line. Recommend the doctor but not ZocDoc unless they get their act together.

Waste of time and money. I had to pay money to see him and he told me to "suck it up." He didn't even bother to listen to my problems. Would not see him in the future.

Zoc Doc did not follow through with Dr. Bernsteins office regarding the appointment. Zoc Doc confirmed with me but the doctor's office had no record of the appointment. Nice work Zoc Doc! When I did see the doctor he was extremely rushed, due probably to squeezing me into his tight schedule, and it felt more like a deposition than a doctor's appointment in terms of how he dealt with me, firing questions at me. His manner gradually improved once he saw the angry look in my eyes, but the whole experience was not pleasant. Probably will not return to Dr. Bernstein or use Doc Zoc services again.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Bernstein. Although my issue was outside his area of expertise, he was able to assess my ailments, and give me is recommendations for treatment. Though somewhat short and direct in giving his answers, Dr. Bernstein did answer all my questions and allayed many of the concerns I had going into this appointment. I expect to return to him with any urological concerns I may have. Very professional!

Found Dr. Bernstein on ZocDoc after a kidney stone attack the week of Thanksgiving. Great location less than 3 miles from my residence. Went to office on Beauregard St. The setting and staff was very professional. Was seen 20 minutes prior to appt. time. Dr. Bernstein has a casual/relaxing bed side manner. He explains in layman terms, even does a good drawing of the kidney! Saw him on Friday, had surgery the following Tuesday. The surgery staff at Virginia Hospital Center was friendly, informative, caring. The goal is to never have to go thru this again, but if I do, Dr. Bernstein will definitely be contacted. Thank You

By far, the most professional and proficient doctor's office that I have been to. The receptionist, the medical assistant, and of course Dr. Bernstein are all first class.

Dr. Bernstein was by far the most approachable and friendly medical professional I've met to date. He has an excellent presence and confidence that was perfectly suited to helping me openly discuss my personal health concerns. The office is well run, the technicians, nurses, and administrators are all very friendly, and I left feeling I was in good hands.
