Was a little apprehensive since this was my first visit. Staff was great and Dr Buser was a good listener and also was able to give his professional opinion with a refreshing back and forth discussion with me. I would recommend him and his office at this point.

nurse assistant recognized me, was personable and inquired on condition, meds, problems, pharmacy, and easily engaged in friendly comments on recent family and personal events.
I thought everyone was very nice, yet professional at the office. The office was clean and attractively decorated. The wait time was literally 5 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and personable and I felt very reassured by his diagnosis and the tests he wanted to run. I felt very comfortable from beginning to end and will continue to work with Dr. Buser in the future.

He spent the time explaining what he,was doing and why. I also appreciated that he didn't talk to me as though I'm stupid. He has fantastic philosophy for treatment of my particular cardiac issues. I feel very safe in his hands.

The doctor was fine. It was the more than one hour wait to be seen. And when I was seen, staff did not introduce themselves or explain what was going to be done to me. And finally, the appointment staff was gone when I finished with the doctor and remaining staff had no clue how to schedule procedures the doctor recommend for me. This was a big waste of my time!!
