He spent the time explaining what he,was doing and why. I also appreciated that he didn't talk to me as though I'm stupid. He has fantastic philosophy for treatment of my particular cardiac issues. I feel very safe in his hands.

The doctor was fine. It was the more than one hour wait to be seen. And when I was seen, staff did not introduce themselves or explain what was going to be done to me. And finally, the appointment staff wasgone when I finished with the doctor and remaining staff had no clue how to schedule procedures the doctor recommend for me. This was a big waste of my time!!
