i asked dr colon for a doctor's note to approve my esa for my apartment complex. the letter he provided did not follow any of the necessary criteria and was therefore rejected from my complex. additionally, he disregarded questions i raised about various uncomfortable conditions ive been experiencing chronically and did not refer me to any specialists despite me asking for resources.

It's the typical doctors office you would expect. Wait time is longer than the actual appointment. Would've liked a more engaged doctor. Literally took 10 min... Got sent to take some blood work and got prescribed a medication that absolutely did nothing. Had to call the doctor's office myself after about two weeks when it should've taken one day. I got my results from the assistant. The assistant said everything was fine, she had no idea what was wrong with me in the first place. She asked what my health issue was? I go to the doctor to get fixed and treated, not to just be another number. I got no follow up from them and have the same health issue.

The nurse did not show any concern for the problems I was being seen for. I felt belittled by her and like you were wasting her time.
I specifically asked Dr. Colon for help finding a counselor and he didn’t ask any questions as to why or what the counseling was for. Didn’t bother to write down the name of the place he recommended and also made you feel like me were wasting his time. He showed absolutely no concern for my problem. When he checked my lungs he didn’t even wait for me to breathe out to listen to me and still said that they sounded perfect. Overall a very unprofessional experience and wouldn’t recommended or go back to Dr. Colon’s office.

In and out. No complaints here as usual. Staff is always pleasant to catch up with. I actually miscommunicated a prescription refill during this visit. My fault completely. The office was closing when I called to let them know, and the PA was kind enough to make a correction over the phone that I was able to pick up first thing the following morning. Much appreciated.

Was looking for a Primary Care Physician for my annual physical and so glad i found Dr. Colon! His nurse Haley was amazing at explaining everything i needed to know. Along with that, Dr. Colon was very friendly, respectful and took the time to do my exam in a timely manner. Definitely found my PCP and would recommend him to anyone needing one!!
