I should have known better based on other reviews. Doctor had no personality, very dry. I think he's a capable doctor, just not friendly. I waited an hour to be seen and I'm pretty confident that I won't waste another hour there. I don't need my hand held but I do demand to be listened to and acknowledged. Definitely not the worst doctor I've ever seen but not someone I'd care to see again.
