The staff & doctors were all nice, I am still in the preliminary stages, but the wait time was terrible. I arrived 17 mins early for my first time consult. And I walked out of there 2 hours and 13 minutes later. Overall the doctor is knowledgeable and kind.

Very knowledgeable!! He takes his time explaining to me in details in my first visit. He did quite a few tests on me instead of making me come back for one test each visit. It was almost three month wait to get to see him, but it is worth it. Everything is efficiently done on my first visit. He gave me a list to follow up, procedures are very clear.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a new Dr. I cannot say enough about how fantastic our first visit was. Dr. Zapantis is knowledgeable, personable and patient. He was very thorough and considerate of our feelings while discussing our options with regard to having a child. He even called on a Saturday to discuss test results with me! Dr. Zapantis is very calm and patient, he answered all my questions and took his time explaining all my different treatment options. Considering this is my fourth fertility doctor I have seen, I had a lot to compare him to. His office was not over crowded and I didn't feel as if his operation was a money making machine with a room full of cattle. My husband and I both felt extremely comfortable and hopeful that Dr. Zapantis will be able to help us through this difficult journey.
