Had a great experience with Dr. Shimonov, was seen within 5 min of appointment time. Got a routine check up and was out in less than 20 min.
Very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly. I've had same eye doctor since I found out I needed glasses and was a little nervous going to someone new but he made it comfortable and easy.q

The wait wasn't bad at all, I only had to wait about 5 minutes. What I didn't like was his form of "bedside manners". I had a few questions and he would answer me with an attitude. As if it I shouldn't even be asking, why my eyes were irritated or why I was seeing blurry. I will not be going back.

The Dr. was very nice and so was the staff. However my appt was for 11:30am and when I arrived (on time) there was a note on the door saying "will be back in 15 minutes". After that the Dr. did not arrive in the office until 12:19pm.

It was an okay office. Nice and clean. The doctor did however answer his cell phone while I was in the middle of my exam. Take that for what you will.

Dr. Shimonov was wonderful! However, the office itself and the people working there left a very bad taste in my mouth. First, I waited an unbelievably long amount of time when there was NO ONE else waiting. Secondly, the woman working behind the counter were incredibly rude- and her daughter was running all around the store. I do not plan on returning to this doctor specifically because of the office.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old and have seen many eye doctors, he has been the best I've seen so far. He knew what I was there for (contacts) and treated my just for that. The employees at the office were very friendly just like the doctor.

My visit was great. I didn't have to wait a long time and the staff was courteous and helpful in helping me select a new set of frames. I was leaving town and kept calling to see how soon my glasses would be in and they were very helpful in checking with the manufacturer. I got my frame and loved them. Very kind staff!
