Quick process to book the appointment. I missed a call that would have expedited the new patient check in process. I’ll admit I grew frustrated and unpleasant.
The lead administrator calmly explained what was needed and why she called a few times.
Once checked in, I was quickly seen for vitals and then my Dr. Habeeb.
He was attentive and listened to my needs. Very pleased with my first visit.
