Dr. Haider K. Bangash completed his Dermatology residency at The University of Chicago, where he was a Resident Liaison for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He participated in multiple research projects and in 2010 he was named the Honorary Research officer at the University of Chicago. Prior to his residency at the University of Chicago, Dr. Bangash completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at The University of Connecticut Health Center. He then pursued a clinical and research fellowship in lasers under the guidance of Dr. Omar Ibrahimi at the Connecticut Skin Institute in Stamford, Connecticut. Dr. Bangash completed his medical school at The Aga Khan University Medical College.
Dr. Bangash is honored to serve Elmhurst and the surrounding community and looks forward to providing excellent patient care.

Dr. Bangash was very professional and had an excellent bedside manner. He was thorough and informative. His assistant was also very professional and did a great job preparing me for the sample that was to be taken for follow-up. The office staff was also very efficient.

His medical assistant was very thorough before the doctor came in, listening and taking good notes. Dr. Bangash also listened, offered suggestions as to different soaps, lotions and what I could do to help my daughter with her eczema. He was attentive and very professional. I also like that he has Saturday appointments and was right on schedule!!

Dr. Bangash was very nice. I went in with a relatively straightforward complaint (suspicious lesion) and have a history of BCC so I knew what was going to happen. The shave biopsy was completely painless, and I have zero pain today. They have a pharmacy on site, and I was prescribed an acne wash. Very convenient ! I thought I was going to wait a long time based on the waiting room, but the staff processed everyone through very quickly.
I would recommend this doctor and practice. I know there is a long wait to see the older physician, but you don't need to wait, Dr. Bangash is good!

My appointment had to be rescheduled the day of. I was only given a ten minute notice before my scheduled appointment, and was asked to come back later in the day. My wait was 38 minutes before seeing the doctor.

seen the doctor for the first time had a small thing on my back well he look at said it was a skintac so he was going freeze and cut it off so then the nurse was ready to inject the spot and notice it wasn't a skintac left the room told doctor was she saw on my back so when the doctor came in said oh that something called ?? said that he going to freeze it off and the thing will fall off in 20 days if it wasn't for the nurse I would have still had the problem I came in for.
