I have been with Dr. Frieman for many years and never had a bad visit. He is very professional. He would listen if I had any problems and didn’t dismiss any of my concerns.
His waiting time is right at your appointment time. You get checked in immediately. The receptionist is friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Quality of care and attention to the needs of my patients have been the hallmarks of my practice over the past 25 years. Compassionate care, attention to detail, and careful listening to patients remain central to my gastroenterology practice. I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College, completed my Residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital and Medical Center, and pursued a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at New York Medical College. Over the years, I have been extensively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. My practice is not limited to any specific area of gastroenterology, but my special interests include colon cancer screening, gastroesophageal reflux, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcer disease, and liver diseases.

This was the first time I've seen Dr. Freiman and I will definitely go back! He was extremely professional and down-to-earth. He asked me a lot of questions that helped him to better understand what I was going through. And the wait time was nearly zero!

Good doctor, will answer all your questions. What I like most about him is that he chooses to first resolve any issues naturally before putting you on prescription meds.

I was very impressed with my first visit: he listened, paid close attention, explained his ideas clearly, and came up with a game plan for dealing with the problem. I was very comfortable with the whole visit and with his approach to helping me with my gastric woes. I checked "probably recommend" only because I'd like to wait and see how successful the treatment is before going for the top rating.
