Haley Tsutsui is a board-certified Physician Assistant with experience in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. While her career in sports marketing and management was fun and exciting, she wanted to pursue medicine to have a direct role in changing lives. She loves her role as a dermatology PA because she has the ability to enable patients to feel confident inside and out.
Haley believes that good skin should be easy and wants to provide her patients with the resources and tools to achieve their goals. She has a passion for overall skin health, focusing on conservative aesthetic medicine and low-maintenance skincare to provide natural but powerful results.
Using a comprehensive approach to assess and develop a treatment plan that tailors to each patient’s concerns and needs, she empowers and educates patients while helping them feel their best in their skin.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and staying active. Haley is a PA by day and social media marketer by night. She runs a social media platform where she provides mentorship for pre-PA students and PA students and education on all things dermatology.

I would avoid seeing Haley. I came in for information and prescription for Tazarotene 0.1% + Niacinamide 4%. Was told to go buy Niacinimide 20% from Paula’s Choice and to use it with my current Tazarotene.
I mentioned I don’t want to pay for something over the counter when I can get it prescribed and that my skin can be reactive so I’d prefer a compounded prescription rather than layering things myself. Hayley told me she wouldn’t submit the request and that the best she could do was prescribe me Tretinoin + Niacinamide 2%. I said great, can I try that then since Tretinoin is gentler than Tazarotene and Niacinamide 2% makes more sense.
I don’t know what happened but she refused and when asked why she said it would be too much for my skin when she initially told me to just get Niacinamide 20% on my own. Terrible attitude and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions. This is my last time going to Berman, they’ve lost all the amazing providers I used to see.
