Dr. Bengtson is an Austin native who attended Westlake High School and then when onto completing medical school at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Bengtson then pursued further medical training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center where he completed a pain management fellowship. Dr. Bengtson is board certified in Pain Management. Dr. Bengtson enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and Texas BBQ. He is actively involved with AIDS Services of Austin, Project Transitions, the Hill Country Ride for AIDS, and other local non-profit organizations giving back to the community.
We accept most insurances and also accept Letters of Protection from Law Offices. Dr. Bengtson Does Accept Self Paying Patients

Don't waste time and money with this Doctor if you need fast pain relief you are better of going to an emergency facility. This Dr. Seems in rush and does not care about you pain until many procedures are to be done and u re-schedule....Believe all bad reviews they are true.

Everyone was super nice and helped put me at ease about the procedure. I'm terrified of shots but seeing that this is something they do daily really gave me confidence in the staff.
