He demonstrated his deep urological expertise including knowledge of current research and trends, and his ability to communicate professionally and clearly was much appreciated. He performed an incredibly detailed history, an even more thorough physical exam (through which he walked me through every step of the way), and helped devise a clear plan and next steps. He was methodical, answered all my questions, did not rush at all, and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would return to him without a doubt. HIGHLY recommend.

I liked Dr Nagler but the administration of the office, which is for Dept of Urology at Mt Sinai/Beth Israel was horrible. They didn't know anything about ZocDoc and I had to fill out extensive paperwork AGAIN. Even once I filled out information they couldn't get it right and gave me a printout with personal info from over 15 years ago-no idea where they got that. Finally, even setting up a follow up appointment for tests took over 20 minutes and could not be completed while I was there.
