Very courteous and accepting of my numerous interruptions of giving Dr Schilling addition details as they came to mind during the exam.
Dr. Schilling was excellent very patient and took the time to explain everything.
wait too long
Wait time was a little long but Dr. Schilling was very friendly and professional.
I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, hoping to be seen a little early because I was in pain. However it was over 2 hours before I was treated by Dr Schilling. Total interaction with physician was a little over 5 minutes. Having said that, I like his professional manner and would not hesitate to recommend him. The only caveat would be to bring a change of clothing as you may be in the waiting room a long time. It would help if the staff would come out to the waiting room and inform patients about the delay and give them the option of waiting or rescheduling.
Wasn't caring. I'm new to the area and was not satisfied that he did not clean out my ear instead I take antibiotics.
The receptionist and technician were extremely friendly and helpful. The wait time was a bit ridiculous. Hearing test and pressure test were done quickly. Dr. Schilling was amazing! Helpful, knowledgeable and aggressive treatment for my issue.
Very knowledgeable and efficient. i didn't feel like he was in a hurry and he patiently discussed what might be the root of my problem instead of just treating symptoms. Very nice man too.
The wait time to see the doctor was too long, and the waiting room was too packed. Didn't feel like the doctor spent enough time examing me.
He is an excellent doctor.
Very long wait 2+hours.
Dr. Schilling took time to explain the treatment he selected and I appreciate his caring attitude for quality patient care! I did not feel like a number which is almost unheard of any more in today's patient care arena!
I would recommend Dr Schilling to any client.
I have been a patient of Dr. Schilling for almost 20 years. Unfortunately, I have to honestly report that the nature and degree of his service has declined over the years. It's rare that he spends more than five minutes with me and seems to always be in a hurry and/or multi-tasking. It's not unusual for his cell phone to go off during an appointment--which leads to his sudden dismissal. He also seems to forget my medication regimen/treatment history and tends to ask me questions about things I believe he should be aware of. I believe part of that particular problem is that I'm "bounced" between Dr. Schilling and his PA, and there doesn't seem to be a great deal of communication between the two practitioners as his PA is often "uninformed" as well. I also want to report that there is generally a lack of timeliness when it comes to receiving results of labs, tests, etc. The same is true regarding preauthorizations and/or refills. I'm sorry to say that I will be seeking another ENT--one who cares enough to know what my complicated medical history is all about, and one that has a genuine and caring bedside manner. I have felt this way for a few years, and today's appointment convinced me to move on.
Nice ambiance, the staff is very friendly and courteous. Everyone one busy doing their job, I was attended to quickly and was out in a short time. I was immediately impressed with how everyone smiled and greeted me. I also like the e-mail reminder on my cell phone. Great! Don't have to talk to me, just leave a message, I confirm and done.
My visit with dr schilling was excellent! Like the way he takes time with you and explains everything! And if you have any questions very patient in answering and always seems concerned about his patients!
Doctor Schilling was very professional and was very knowledgeable on what was bothering me. He listened to me and never cut me off in an attempt to hurry up the appointment. He knew exactly what meds he needed to prescribe to me to help relieve the pain I was in. I was very happy with the outcome of the appointment, but in no way will I recommend anyone to this practice due the 2 hours wait time past my appointment! My appointment was at 2:10pm and I was not seen until 4:10pm. This is Unacceptable! I was with my wife and son and at a certain point in time I wanted to leave but I wanted to get treated for my symptoms. There were other patients who left because of this wait time! Whoever is in charge if scheduling needs to be fired! If there was a doctors emergency and that was the reason for the long 2 hours wait, we were never told!
Seemed to be an issue with office receipt of ZocDoc's appt. They had no record of my appt and overheard same issue with another patient. Would recommend calling to confirm.
Dr. Schilling is a wonderful ENT. He has great bedside manner, and is very professional. I had seen Dr. Schilling to have my tonsils removed in 2009, so when I needed to see another ENT I requested Dr. Schilling again. I am also having to take my daughter to an ENT, and since Dr. Schilling is so great with kids I am taking her to see him. I highly recommend Dr Schilling and will definitely see him again.
Very professional staff, great PA
Dr. Schilling is proficient, efficient, and informative. You leave feeling you are in experienced, caring hands.
After a disappointing surgery, Dr Schilling took extra time to reach out to me to see what could be done. I was seen immediately at no additional cost to me. I could tell he cared about doing a good job and doing the best he could for his patients.
I love him.
The doctor was great. The nurse who took my symptoms was clutzy and confused. She even submitted the wrong information for the doctor to review before seeing me. It was obvious she was training but as a first time patient I felt nervous and more anxious as a result of her insecurity in her work.
I went for a follow up visit. As always, Dr. Schilling was personable and professional, I often recommend him to anyone needing an ENT.
Great doctor. Caring and wants to get to the root of the problem, not just treat symptoms.
Visit was very thorough and pleasant. I felt very comfortable talking with the doctor. He is very friendly.
Dr. Schilling and his staff were awesome! Dr. Schilling is extremely personable and professional. Very thorough without hardly any waiting time between test. Dr. Schilling was extremely attentive in a way that didn't make you feel you were being rushed. Thank you, to Dr. Schilling and his staff...!!
really enjoy that Dr Schilling is straight forward and his staff is top rate. I have never been treated like a number or my concerns ignored.
I saw Dr. Schilling twice and he was always in a hurry, not time to explain or talk with me about my problem. Long wait to see him for a few minutes. The appointment set up was a mess, operators called me several times to change or switch my appointments.
Very caring and through. Listens to patients and very detailed
What an awesome doc!
