Apparently the appointment I made through ZocDocs never showed up in the office's system - even though I received a confirmation email from ZocDocs. I filled out paperwork and then waited for about an hour (my appointment was for 11:15am; I showed up at 11:00 to fill out paperwork, and then I was seen at 12:05pm) before being taken back to a room. Dr Singh was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

the wait was much longer than it should have been, its becoming more common with each visit. but once i saw dr singh thing were much better, reviewed last visit, and he took care of my issues right away. could not have asked for better service form him. i cant belive wait time are so long but he get his job done in no time flat.

I waited almost an hour in the lobby! My appointment was at ten, no one came and told me the dr was running behind. I was so upset, I got up and left. Its unacceptable to just have someone sitting in the lobby without even acknowledging them.

My appointment was with Chris, Dr. Singh's PA Chris was very timely and very good. I have been going to see Dr. Singh for several years now and I even take my 83 year old mother to Dr. Singh as her primary care physician. Dr. Singh is very kind and considerate to his patients.
