He enjoys spending time with his patients in the office to address their individual needs and goals.
Dr. Azimi is a candidate member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) and the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA). In addition to completing a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery he completed a fellowship in orthopaedic research. He has published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented at national meetings, and written numerous book chapters and surgical techniques to advance orthopedic surgery care. Dr Azimi has specific interests in minimally invasive techniques to address surgical issues from the shoulder to the fingertip as well as complex elbow injuries, arthritis and stiffness. He cares for all ailments of the upper extremity including fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, cysts, arthritis and trigger fingers.
