Took very very long to get results. Doctor was cold and short and definitely did not want to be there. Gave me judge mental looks when I shared personal information with her. I‘m hoping this was because she was pregnant and not her typical bed side manner.

Dr. Frazier is wonderful. Her approach to treatment aligns with my values and I know she hears me and my concerns while also educating me so that I can be an informed stakeholder in managing my health. I finally found thetype of medical professional I've been looking for and I'm extremely lucky that she falls within my insurance network. She's 100% worth the 40 minute drive from Princeton.

Let's just say that it seemed that the staff and doctor wanted to be anywhere but there. I got to the office and was informed that the doctor was running behind. Fine, I'm used to long wait times these days. Whilesitting and waiting after already checking in, I got an email stating that the office marked me as "missed appt" through Zocdoc. I immediately emailed them back and let them know I was literally there. Apparently they were trigger happy on that mouse. Finally after about 45 minutes I get called in. My vitals are taken, and then I wait. Another 20 minutes the doctor literally rushes in, asks me what's going on. No greeting, no introduction, nothing. Zero bedside manner. I explain everything and she complete looks disinterested in anything I'm saying, does a quick exam and then schedules me for a few tests, and leaves without saying goodbye or letting me know she's done. One of her front desk girls had to come in to let me know I was done and the paperwork was upfront. I go to retrieve my paperwork, told to sign somewhere and that I was good to go. No explaining what I'm supposed to do, where I'm supposed to call for my lab work, nothing. I ask if I can take it to my local hospital and she says yeah. I ask her a few more questions and just got this glazed over look. I went home to call to make the appointment for my lab work and get told I need a prescription. Well, since I wasn't explained the paperwork, I'm not sure what I have, so I expect to get turned away tomorrow, which at that point I'm going to a different doctor completely. Do not waste your time here at all. Not even if you desperately need an appointment. I'd rather take my chances in the emergency room or pay out of pocket for a doctor that gives two hoots.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this feels warranted. There was a minimum credit card fee. Since I did not have cash, I was charged a fee on top of my copay. That would have been nice to know before theappointment. I should have turned around then...probably the coldest response I've ever had from a Dr. When I would speak half the things I would say would go unacknowledged. This is so rude when I'm expressing my medical concerns. At one point, she was looking at her apple watch. I've never encountered this behavior from medical professional before. By far the worst Dr experience I've ever had!

By far the worst experience ever!!! Extremely unprofessional and unorganized, more concerned with getting money than actually listening to the patient. Dr. Frazier and her staff refused to release my records. Actually her staff refused to let me even speak to her. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR, terrible terrible service!

Doctor explain the lab result very well, takes time to listen and explain the result. we discuss, what needs to be done. The office staff not so good as far as scheduling. I got there 855am,my appt is 9am, there issomeone waiting by the door, waiting for the office to open. I fell in line, then 3 more people showed up by 9am, no one in the office told us the door was open, I tried to open the door by 905 and it was open. to make my story short, I did not see the doctor until 10 am, why would the staff schedule that many people at one time. why would anyone has to go through that every visit !

Dr. Frazier is great! My wife and I feel lucky that we chose a great family doctor for our toddler. We recently moved to the area and had to obtain a new doctor for our daughter and other great reviews ledus to choose Dr. Frazier. Our only issue was that we wished the receptionist was a little more lively/friendly. She seemed like she really did not want to be at work that day.

Disorganized, unprofessional, more concerned with getting your co-payment than actually treating or listening to the concerns of the patient. Dr. Frazier practice also appears to be to be out of compliance with Hipaa after I requested copiesof my medical record. The clinic confirmed my appointment but when I arrived didn't have me scheduled.

I showed up at 4:00 for my 4:15 which turned into a 5:00 before I even saw the Doctor. The very obvious word around the office was that Dr. Frazier was leaving for vacation at the end of the day. Herbedside manner was completely different than when I had first met her. She seemed like she had no patience for her patients, whatsoever. She was in and out of the room with me every five minutes, leaving me feeling very stressed and uncomfortable. I was trying to share some concerns about a side effect I developed as a result of a medication she had perscribed me on my last visit, but she would not even come back into the room one final time after a very brief (and awkward) physical exam to acknowledge my question about the medication. She also failed to have her staff produce my referrals that she said she would provide me with at the conclusion of my office visit. Lastly, after further review, I feel as the patient that your staff should not book 30 day follow-up appointments with new patients while the doctor is scheduled for a vacation- and then move the patient up to a sooner date without first checking with the doctor to ensure the patient isn't taking any controlled substances that would require 30 day intervals between refills. OR perhaps the office could have kept my appointment as scheduled and used a different doctor to see me while my primary is away? Highly disappointed with my last visit to Dr. Frazier.

She is so lovely and really knowledgeable about Women's' Health! Her and her staff really make you feel so comfortable, and that's so important, especially for someone like me who hates going to the Doctors! Ladies get your Pap Smears andcheck-ups! It's important, and if you stay on top of it, you can save* yourself from having serious and possibly deadly complications later on that could've been easily prevented if you just went and made your appointment with Dr. Frazier! It's quick and will give you peace of mind! :)
