Dr.Edwards was extremely condescending. I waited over an hour before being placed in a room which would be one of about three I'd be placed in throughout the duration of my visit. The staff don't communicate well with each other and Dr.Edwards blamed the patient for triage information not being passed along in it's totality to MD. She asked if my partner and I had known each other longer than my present pregnancy period however she couldn't/said she WOULDNT tell me how far along I was. I spent four hours there only to leave with less information and more concerned than when I arrived. The facility was dated and dingy and appreared unsanitary. Especially the restrooms. She used my partner as a medical assistant while she proceeded to leave her fingers in my cervix. I would never recommend this practice. I'm reporting it. This is my first pregnancy and I subsequently recorded parts of my visitbas proof. Don't go. Especially if you suffer with any mental ailments. She said shed have me transported to a hospital if I had a panic attack so "they can deal with you and that there".

The wait time was abysmal. The Dr. that was to see me could not because she apparently had an emergency. There was a screw up with my insurance. Things looked Unorganized in there.
What salvage this visit was Paulina and Dr. Sheth. They were both great.

I was seen for a PP check up. I told the provider I was struggling with some areas of being a bee mom and was then given a phone number on a card to call and informed they could not help me with what I needed at their office. When I called the number I was given to make an appointment with the correct type of provider I was told they do not offer the service I needed. Basically the appointment was a wash and I did not get any help I needed.

For the first appointment I didn’t feel like we got to know each other, I wasn’t given a chance to speak about my birth plans or expectations. She wasn’t mean but it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I believe Dr. Edwards to be an angel, I walked in to the appointment with a bad attitude and left with a much better one. Although I wasn’t asked to be there, she managed to sift through my smart remarks. Dr. Edwards not only educate me on things totally unrelated to my appointment, but also things related to my appointment. I like her I wish she was at the Riverdale location.
